The Freelance Translator (hereinafter referred to as "the Translator") agrees to provide professional translation services for freelancermap (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). The Translator shall deliver accurate, high-quality translated content in accordance with the specifications and requirements provided by the Company. The Translator warrants that all work shall be original, free from plagiarism, and completed to the highest professional standards.
2. Compensation & Payment Terms
The Company agrees to compensate the Translator a total fixed amount of:

Payment Methods: freelancermap Platform • Bank Transfer
Payment Schedule: Payment shall be processed immediately upon successful submission and approval of the completed project. The Company guarantees prompt disbursement of funds through either the freelancermap platform or via direct bank transfer, at the Translator's preference.
3. Project Timeline & Deadline
The Translator agrees to complete and submit all translation work within the agreed timeframe:
Deadline: 3 to 5 business days from contract commencement
Time is of the essence in this Agreement. The Translator shall make every reasonable effort to deliver the completed work within the specified 3-5 day window. Any anticipated delays must be communicated to the Company in writing at the earliest opportunity.
4. Payment Processing & Disbursement
Immediate Payment Guarantee: The Company affirms that payment of $2,589.00 shall be released to the Translator immediately after project submission. No holding period or delayed processing shall apply. The Translator may elect to receive payment through:
• The freelancermap Platform — Secure, tracked, and instantly processed
• Direct Bank Transfer — Funds transferred directly to the Translator's designated bank account
5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
The Translator agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all materials, documents, and information provided by the Company. Upon completion and full payment, all intellectual property rights to the translated work shall transfer to freelancermap. The Translator retains no claim to the delivered work product.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation between the parties in good faith.
